The best students were awarded certificates

The most essential quality of a job applicant, sought by the employers, is commitment. Thus, the students participating in the Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) program are so widely valued. In order to complete the program, the student needs to take active part in a series of lectures on quite challenging topics in IT, and the certificates are only given to those who pass the final exam.

This is the second edition of the CRC program, connecting the business world with the world of science. The initiators of the project are three renowned companies: ING Services Polska, IBM Poland, ING Bank Śląski.

Corporate Readiness Certificate is probably the only initiative of this kind. The aim of the program is to show students how large corporations operate and what the future employers will require of them. During the project the students had the chance to deepen their knowledge and acquire new, practical skills in five areas, including:

  • IT Platforms
  • Modern IT for banking
  • Mainframe
  • Project Management

During the closing ceremony of the second edition of the program the representatives of IBM Poland, ING Bank Śląski, ING Services Polska gave a joint lecture on new IT trends which drive changes in the modern world. The key event of the meeting was the award ceremony of diplomas certifying acquired skills.

This year certificates were given to 85 students from top universities and higher education institutions of Silesia and 40 students from universities and higher education institutions of Wrocław.

All interested are welcomed to enrol for the next edition of the program.
