Is it possible for HR team to work in Agile framework?

Is Agile framework dedicated only to technical teams from IT departments? What would happen if agility could be implemented in the HR world? Is it possible to adjust scrum events for HR team needs in such a way that it could work in an effective and self-organizing way?

Tomasz Zięba, our Chapter Lead of HR team, found answers for the questions listed above. His project “Agile in HR” not only proved that recruitment teams could work effectively in Agile framework but also introduce innovation in this area. That is why “Agile HR” made it to the finals of Polish nationwide contest HR Innovator!

It is the fifth edition of the contest that aims at finding and awarding innovative HR projects, especially if their implementation helped to solve key challenges of organizations from the HR point of view.
