Maintain constant and direct contact with the client in order to assess the level of service offered, maintain high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience from IT services; Ensure timely and effective corrective actions resulting from customer satisfaction and escalation assessments as well as internal initiatives as part of continuous improvement of service quality; Create a clear vision and service development plans for a controlled portfolio of clients; Synchronize client's operational and budget plans (QBR, MTP), with initiatives implemented by ING Tech; Develop a portfolio of customer services and synchronize deployments between product lines; Manage dependencies and coordinate tasks within the portfolio of implementations / projects implemented for clients; Define, implement and synchronize operational customer service standards and customer satisfaction management processes (customer experience); Organize periodic reviews of the level of services at the internal level as well as with the client; Lead portfolio meetings (internal perspective) and tactical (with clients).See more »
